No franchise fee. No upfront licensing cost. You buy buildings at dealer pricing and sell at retail. The margin is yours on every sale.
Talk to Reuben during your application conversation, inventory arrangements vary depending on your location, lot size and situation. Many dealers display a mix of owned inventory and consignment. We work out what makes sense per dealer.
Territory arrangements vary. Reuben discusses this during the application conversation. We're selective about overlapping dealer locations to protect your ability to compete.
Complete dealer training manual, ShedSuite setup and training, RTO process walkthrough, product knowledge and ongoing support from plant customer service and Reuben (sales/dealer). You also get access to all dealer resources including brand assets, engineering prints and warranty documentation.
You present the RTO option to your customer. Heartland handles the application (no credit check required), the contract and the ongoing collections. You collect your dealer margin upfront on the sale. The customer pays Heartland directly.
