The Select Series shares the materials that matter with our Premium Series. LP SmartSide engineered wood siding on every wall. 4×6 pressure-treated runners. 2×6 floor joists at 16 inches on center. Where Select differs is in the framing spec above the floor, the roof system and the finish options. Lighter on options, lower on price, still a real shed.
The Lofted Barn.
Classic Gambrel.
The gambrel roof shape gives you a real loft for seasonal storage and frees up the floor for what you actually use day-to-day. The most popular shed style we build, now in a value spec.
Available sizes: 10×12, 10×16, 10×20, 12×16, 12×20
Standard build: 2×4 walls at 24" O.C., metal roof, double doors, two windows, single top plate, no overhangs.
The Utility A-Frame.
Straight Walls, Simple Storage.
Tall straight walls and a peaked A-frame roof. Best for backyard storage where you want easy access to long-handled tools, riding mowers, ATVs and full-height shelving along the inside walls.
Available sizes: 8×12, 10×12, 10×16, 12×16, 12×20, 12×24
Standard build: 2×4 walls at 24" O.C., metal roof, double doors, one window, single top plate, no overhangs.

Select Series FAQ
The Select Series is our value line. Same LP SmartSide engineered siding and same 4×6 pressure-treated runners as Premium. Lighter framing spec, simplified roof system, fewer option packages. Two styles: Lofted Barn and Utility A-Frame.
Select uses 2×4 wall studs at 24" on center (Premium is 16" on center), single top plate (Premium is double), 4' truss spacing (Premium is 2'), house wrap directly under metal (Premium has OSB sheathing), no overhangs (Premium has 3.5" overhangs) and metal roof only. Anchors are an add-on at $50 each on Select. Premium includes anchors standard.
Select Utility A-Frame runs from 8×12 up to 12×24. Select Lofted Barn runs from 10×12 up to 12×20. Larger sizes move up to the Premium Series.
Yes. Rent-to-own is available on most Select builds with no credit check required. Payments start around $99/month depending on size. 90-day same-as-cash is also available. See our RTO page for full details.
Same 50-year LP SmartSide siding warranty. The Speedy Sheds workmanship warranty on Select is 2 years vs 5 years on Premium, reflecting the lighter framing spec and roof system.
