03. First Payment Down
One monthly payment down secures the building and schedules delivery. That's it. No down payment beyond the first month. No credit application.
04. Building Gets Delivered
Delivery in 2–4 weeks for in-stock buildings. You own it outright at the end of the term, or pay it off early anytime with no penalty.
The 90-Day
Same-As-Cash Option
Start on RTO. Pay off the full building price within 90 days of delivery and you pay nothing extra. Same cost as cash, no added fees, no interest on the remainder.
