Cottage sheds carry Premium Series trim and detailing as standard, window boxes, decorative shutters, upgraded door hardware and color-matched trim. The underlying structure is the same LP SmartSide build; you're paying for the aesthetic upgrade, not stronger framing.
Yes. The cottage line is built for customization, pick siding color, trim color, shutter color, door color and window box style. We can also add planter brackets, gable accents and decorative gable vents.
In most HOA neighborhoods, yes. Cottage sheds are the most HOA-friendly style we build, the trim package and color options often match nearby homes. Check with your HOA before ordering, and we can send rendering previews to share with your board.
The Premium Series is the default for cottage builds. Select Series cottage is available on request but limits some of the trim and finish upgrades that define the style.
