We offer two main product lines, Premium Series and Select Series. Premium is our flagship: full upgrade path, heavy framing, and the broadest customization. Select is built on the same foundation with a simplified spec at a lower price point.

Same LP SmartSide siding and same 4×6 runners as Premium. Lighter framing spec and fewer options bring the price down for shoppers who want quality storage without paying for upgrades they don't need.

Barn / Gambrel
Classic barn-style gambrel roof with built-in loft for extra storage. Our most popular style, with maximum interior space.
Utility / A-Frame
Classic A-Frame roofline with taller walls (nearly 8 ft) for easy storage of taller items. Our most versatile Premium style. Works for backyard storage, garden tools, equipment and easier finishing options.
Workshop / Garage
Heavy-duty 12" on-center floor framing for serious working loads. Available in Barn/Gambrel or A-Frame roof lines. Roll-up garage door standard. Built for shop equipment, classic cars, toolboxes, riding mowers, ATVs and heavier gear.
Sheds With Porch
Our Homesteader and Pioneer lines, available in multiple porch configurations: front porch, side porch, center porch and deluxe wraparound. Built for cabin retreats, she sheds, weekend getaways and serious curb appeal.
Modern / Studio
Single-slope architectural style. Available as the Modern Shed or the new Modern Studio (2-foot overhangs, can lights and transom windows). Popular for she sheds, home offices and studio space.
Cottage
A-Frame Premium build with an 8/12 steeper roof pitch for doghouse-style dormers. Two 4-ft lofts included standard. Premium trim and detailing, the most HOA-friendly style we build.
Little Speedy
Our 6×12 entry-level building. Premium roof and ventilation with a lighter wall spec to keep the price right. Limited customization.
She Shed
Studios, home offices, pool houses and backyard retreats. Custom windows, French doors, insulation, flooring and interior finishes available.
Certified Tiny Home Prep
Engineer-stamped, Residential Building Code compliant shell built for permitting in NC and SC. The only tiny home prep package we're aware of in our market.
Pavilion
Open-air outdoor structures built to the same Premium construction standards as our shed line. Perfect for patios, outdoor kitchens and shaded yard space.
Gazebo
Alpine gazebos in multiple colors and finishes. RTO available with no credit check, same terms as our shed line.
Dog Kennel
Durable dog kennel structures with LP SmartSide siding and real lumber framing. Built on our Select Series spec to keep the price right. Run and partition layouts available. RTO available with no credit check.

Door Options
Single or double entry doors. Fiberglass, wood or steel. Sliding barn doors on some styles.
Electrical Package
Electrical packages available for both Select and Premium.
Window Packages
Standard single windows, double windows, shutters, flower boxes. Black extruded frames on Premium.
Flooring
Engineered wood flooring standard: 5/8" Huber Perform Max on Premium (25-year warranty), 5/8" LP Legacy on Select. LVP flooring upgrade available.
Color Packages
Siding color, trim color and roof color all customizable. Match your house or go with something distinctive.
Siding Options
Horizontal LP SmartSide standard. Vertical board & batten and vinyl siding (Dutch Lap or Traditional Lap) available. HOA color matching on most siding types.
Interior Finishing
Insulation, interior LP SmartSide sheathing, LVP flooring, interior paint. Build it out for living space, office or workshop.
Workbenches & Shelving
Built-in workbenches and shelving packages on workshop and utility builds. Coordinate placement with electrical at order.
Roof Options
Metal roofing standard on all builds. 30-year architectural shingles available at no upcharge on Premium Series.
Ramps & Porches
Single or double ramps. Covered front or side porch options. Screened porch available on some styles.

Shed FAQ
For hauled buildings, we go up to 16 feet wide and 52 feet long. For builds larger than 16 feet wide, or where access prevents standard delivery, we build on-site. See build-on-site →
LP SmartSide engineered wood siding is our standard build material on Select and Premium. It carries a 50-year limited warranty from LP and holds paint, handles moisture and resists impact. Vinyl siding is also available for builds that need to match HOA-required siding on your home, just mention it when you request a quote.
Yes. Rent-to-own is available on most buildings with no credit check required. Financing is also available through our lending partners. 90-day same-as-cash option available on RTO. See all financing options →
In-stock inventory typically delivers within 7 days. Next-day delivery is available in many cases. Standard custom builds run 3 to 4 weeks. Custom builds with interior finish options run 4 to 6 weeks. We'll give you a timeline at time of order.
